⚡🚗 With our electric car and our own electric charging station, we are taking a big step towards sustainable mobility. Thanks to the electric drive, we are not only reducing our CO2 emissions, but also saving money through lower operating costs compared to a conventional combustion engine.
By installing our own charging station, we have the flexibility to charge our electric vehicle at any time and without long waiting times.
We also benefit from the convenience of being able to charge at home or at work without having to rely on public charging stations. This not only saves time, but also offers a reliable charging option that is tailored specifically to our needs.

Resource-conserving work
through our own AdBlue filling station
The pilot project was successfully implemented at the Wallwitz site in Saxony-Anhalt with our own AdBlue filling station.
This has a number of advantages:

AdBlue is a liquid urea solution and is injected upstream of a special catalytic converter in vehicles with SCR systems to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions. There it reacts with the pollutants and converts them almost completely into water vapor and harmless nitrogen.
Photovoltaic system
We are therefore taking current developments in the important areas of transport and warehouse logistics seriously and are actively driving forward the expansion of ecological measures, which is why we are building our new logistics properties in accordance with the standards of the "German Sustainable Building Council", the global sustainability benchmark for real estate. Life cycle assessment, climate neutrality and biodiversity are just some of the criteria that are assessed.

Hankook Alphatread hot retreaded tires
We rely on hot retreaded trailer tires for long and short distance use. By using only tested carcasses, with its 15 mm tread depth and the wide tread of 330 mm a real alternative to new tires and also eligible for subsidies according to 1.3. in the De-minimis subsidy program. Hankook commercial vehicle tires are designed in such a way that they can be regrooved and, thanks to their high-quality carcass, retreaded several times. These properties also result in economic advantages such as up to 25% more mileage when regrooving, 100% mileage with retreaded tires and simultaneous cost savings of up to 60%. Repeated regrooving and retreading can increase the overall service life of a new tire by up to 250%.
We are therefore helping to conserve resources and reduce CO2 emissions. On average, a retreaded tire saves around 80% oil, 20% water and up to 70% energy during production compared to a new tire. In addition, some of the approx. 600,000 tons of used tires produced are recycled in a sensible way.

One of our goals is to reduce our CO2 emissions as much as possible. To achieve this, our vehicle fleet is being successively converted to modern, lower CO2 drive systems, e.g. e-truck shuttles
